Is it that hard to understand that if you are going to port a game, port it all the way, and not leave out features that you find in the windows versions? They cost the same I might add (and even more after the windows price drops). I finally got down to the bottom of the issue after hassling them for a while both companies confirmed that these ports did not include AA features. Much to my surprise, they were both very hesitant to give me a clear answer (probably because the tech agents did not know themselves). ![]() I contacted both Aspyr and Macsoft regarding the issue, thinking that the feature really was there and I just wasn't finding it. Prey is the only game that did contain AA. This was quite a surprise to me, who considers AA to be a staple feature. Strangely enough, although all of these games under windows support anti-aliasing, only 2 of these mac game ports has any built in anti-aliasing. ![]() So far I've ordered 3 different games - Quake Wars, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Prey. I got a 24 inch imac a couple months ago in July - with the 8800 GS build to order option (read most powerful graphics you can get in an imac). I thought I'd bring up the topic of mac games and anti-aliasing.
